A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per guest is payable at the time of booking for non-residential festivities i.e. ‘Join-a-Party’ Nights and Christmas Festive Lunches. For Christmas Total Relaxation Break and New Year’s Ultimate Break £100.00 per room deposit is required at the time of booking; this is non-refundable. Full terms and conditions will be issued with your booking. Full pre-payment is required 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. All pre-payments are non-refundable and may not be transferred to cover other services, food, drink or entertainment. Menu orders for ‘Join-a- Party’ Nights are required 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.

The minimum age for all Christmas parties and New Year’s Gala Dinner is 18.
