This suite is not part of the original building but it was added by the Ministry of Information which commandeered the hotel during World War II, as their main meeting room. Since then a large sky light has been added, which runs the length of the room flooding it with daylight. The Shaw Suite is centrally located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from the reception area. It has wireless broadband internet access, air conditioning, staging and a portable dance floor as well as its own bar, lending itself equally to meetings or private dining.
