Our preferred room was made available; this matters, as my husband has dementia, and having the same room every time we come makes a big difference. Otherwise, all was just fine as usual. We are always happy to stay at this hotel. the double had been made into a twin for us, and there was a lot of residual dust where this change had been made.

Wonderful stay, staff are all lovely and attentive, great rooms , fab breakfast and we enjoyed a great evening meal

Standard room was fine I liked it even though it was boiling hot. Room service was great. Staff all polite and helpful. I hated the car parking it must be awful in the rain! No rear entrance, too dark. If you like full English breakfast I suppose it’s fine and obviously it’s catering to mainly uk people but I really disliked it. No fresh bread or rolls was the worst just sliced pap for the toaster. No whole fresh fruit just bowls of mush and some pathetic slices of melon. No decent cold meats and cheese if you are used to continental style breakfast this is all difficult. Great service and accommodation for my parents wedding, loads of staff waiting and willing to help at any given moment, food was nice and room was lovely

It was a very pleasant stay The staff were pleasant and rooms very comfortable and clean.

Our room was lovely (upgraded to an executive room) spacious and views over the Malvern Hills. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent , again a table with beautiful views of the Abbey and countryside, with excellent service. Drinks were reasonably priced

Everything fine, helpful, friendly staffand pleasant, comfortable room. Had problems trying to turn the heating down, otherwise excellent, as always.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Food was varied and delicious. Only negative, there were few options of alcoholic drinks. The first impression of the building that my wife and I had is that it looked very historic and welcoming. The reception area was very clean as was the rest of the hotel and nice and tidy. The room was ,again, clean tidy and lovely and warm. Lovely view from our window over the Vale of Evesham. The reason for our staying here was because we were visiting the theatre and it was local to it, literally a 3 minute walk. we had a very relaxing and peaceful time here and would recommend it to anyone, all of the staff were friendly and professional and helpful and we shall definitely be staying here again. Although I didn't use the bar much the barman on duty was very pleasant

Excellent all staff extremely friendly and helpful. A lovely hotel and grounds and ideally located for our stay in Great Malvern. The only let down was the shower, no power to it, and wasn't particular hot. Other than this all else was excellent.

The Abbey is an excellent choice for staying and enjoying what Malvern had to offer. Spacious sitting areas to relax in, lovely food and most helpful and welcoming staff made for a most enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
