Located on a quiet road in the centre of Great Malvern The Abbey is easily accessible from the M5 and M50. The hotel is just three miles from the Three Counties Showground and under 25 miles from Cheltenham, Hereford and Gloucester. There is a large, free car park for guests and delegates.
Direct trains run from London Paddington, Birmingham New Street and Hereford. Great Malvern station is an eight-minute walk away.
Flexible suites and catering
The Abbey’s seven light-filled suites are equipped with free WiFi and most have built-in screens. Your event manager can provide a PA system, projectors and any other equipment you may need.
You can arrange full catering in your suite or enjoy a meal in the Priory View Restaurant, which seats 120. The Priory View Lounge Bar and Courtyard Café are ideal for informal meetings and after-work drinks.
Clubs, dance breaks and retreats
The hotel’s flexible rooms and landscaped gardens suit club meetings, AGMs, family fun days, creative team challenges and workshops of all sizes.
With 103 bedrooms, we can also host dance breaks, Masonic Ladies Festivals, casino nights or multi-day retreats. We offer discounted accommodation for all guests staying as part of an overnight event at the hotel.
Safe Meetings And Events
At Sarova Hotels, we have changed the way we host meetings and events to keep our staff, delegates and guests safe.
We have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols, including new electrostatic cleaning products from TECcare and disinfecting all AV equipment before each use. All room capacities have been adjusted to maintain delegate distance of at least 1.2m, and will ensure that rooms are never overcrowded. We are investing in new technologies and introducing hybrid meetings so delegates can attend without being physically present.
