Wheelchair-accessible facilities and bedrooms
- Our facilities are fully accessible to wheelchair users, including the Priory View Restaurant, Priory View Louge Bar, all meeting rooms (except the Elgar Suite), lifts, and ground floor public toilets.
- A step-free entrance is available on the restaurant level, with a nearby lift for access to reception and the lounge bar.
- We provide two parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.
- Our staff are ready to assist with any specific needs during your visit.
- We offer two accessible bedrooms for wheelchair users, with roll-in showers and folding seats.
- Please inform us of your needs when booking.
Hearing impairments
- Loop system installed at reception and in lifts for hearing aid compatibility
- Rooms with a pillow alarm available upon request for hearing impaired guests
Visual impairments
- Assistance dogs welcome
- Lifts feature Braille controls and voice notifications for visually impaired guests
