Gala Dinners
Our vast selection of event suites make The Abbey the perfect venue to host Gala dinners in Worcestershire. We can provide a stunning space for your event, and arrange delectable catering to meet your every need.
Our Gala dinner packages include everything you need to host the perfect event, including accommodation in one of our 103 comfortable bedrooms. We can book a disco for the evening with our resident DJ and dress up the event suite beautifully for your party.
Charity Balls
The Abbey is a popular venue for charity balls and events in the West Midlands. We are proud to support all charities, whether they are local to us in Worcestershire or based further afield. Our flexible function suites can host everything from lavish balls to Afternoon Teas between a minimum capacity of 10 to a maximum capacity of 300.
Stunning landscaped gardens are available for events when the weather is nice, and can be used for outdoor drinks receptions or other outdoor festivities. Our dedicated events team can work with you to plan every aspect of your event, including catering, accommodation and decor.
Parties and Celebrations
Whether you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, or arranging a party for staff, friends or family, The Abbey team are here to help. Our dedicated events coordinators are on hand to help you plan every little detail of your special event.
You can host an intimate private dinner in a cosy suite overlooking the Malvern Hills, or a large party for 228 guests with a private bar and dance floor.
