Everything was perfect. I had prebooked so easy check in. Clear details to find my room and lift. Room was very clean. bedding was clean, bed was just right for a good nights rest. enough clean towels and bathroom equipment. kettle with the usual bits for tea or coffee. Beautiful view from window overlooking the car park Breakfast was more than adequate, staff very welcoming, polite and helpful. Tables were cleaned as guests left. I could stay there for days. reception excellent but did not need a lot of help perfect. No problems had everything I wanted Malvern is a beautiful place with amazing small shops, good coffee shops good variety and lots of it everywhere was clean very helpful, polite and pleasant

Very comfortable staff very efficient and helpful. Lovely area food excellent all went as planned. Slight problem with the lock on the door to my room which I reported but otherwise perfect. The WiFi was off at night so my mobile phone didn't work which wasn't a problem but it meant my alarm didn't work. I didn't like the shower fitted very high on the wall with no movable shower head so I couldn't avoid getting my hair wet.

We found the Abbey to be very comfortable and convenient for Malvern’s main visiting attractions. The staff were very polite, welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and the room we were given in the newest part of the hotel had amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The beds were comfortable and the room well equipped with coffee/tea making facilities. However, the decor looked a little tired, particularly in the bathroom which needs refreshing. The toilet roll holder was loose and the heated towel also needed attention. But these were minor issues and I would not hesitate to recommend the Abbey Hotel to friends and family. Did not use wellness area but the wifi was good. Staff at reception and the breakfast room were very helpful and efficient Looked a big tired in places especially the bathroom Very centrally located near all the major attractions and walks to the Malvern Hills We did not use the bar or restaurant but the breakfast was excellent in both quality and choice.

We stayed in an Elgar room with a great view of the priory church and theatre park. The room was a good size, clean and well presented. Staff were all welcoming and professional. Breakfast was good and well managed. The only slight negative was that it would have been good to have a better access to the car park from the hotel.

The receptionist couldn't be bothered to advise where breakfast was. No signs to guide guests either. The person taking our room number for breakfast didn't bother pointing out where the various breakfast items where. Room was "ok" but the electric towel rack was dangerous with a loose fitting. I have a photo. Won't be recommending or returning

Right in city centre with plenty of food and cafe outlets. Good car park behind hotel. Some up and down stairs so carrying luggage not straightforward. stunning views

The whole experience was just a pleasant comfortable one. The ambiance and the staff were vere welcoming and the facilities were fine. Three days were plenty to unwind and visit some noteworthy sights. Highly recommend this hotel.

Must have stayed here 7/8 times. We love the hotel and where it's located. But We would not return if it wasn't for the staff. Great as always

We have stayed at the Abbey Hotel a couple of times just recently and have had the best experience every stay, everything meets what we want staying here. We will be returning to the Abbey Hotel every visit to Malvern. Staff are great, rooms are great, cleanliness is great, breakfast is great. The Abbey Hotel is just perfect. Pretty gardens and helpful staff. Rooms were quiet.

Overall the hotel is good place to stay, ideally situated in the town centre. Things a little dated inside but the main thing is I had a good night's sleep throughout my stay and the breakfast was good.
