My wife and I stay at the Abbey each year to catch up with family members in Malvern, our rooms have always been comfortable and well maintained. This year I had to report a faulty radiator that could not be turned off, the staff member on reception very kindly contacted the hotel handyman who had the problem sorted out within fifteen minutes, excellent service. The Abbeys breakfasts are excellent and the public areas and bars are always comfortable. No problems Must have missed it ? Very attentive staff Beautifully maintained room and bathroom. The hotel could not be in a better position, wonderful views of the Abbey and plenty of off street parking. Excellent breakfasts A beautifully maintained hotel excellent service

We received a warm welcome on arrival and the rest of the stay including the great breakfast lived up to it. The hot choices were catered for well with small amounts on display regualrly refilled ensuring that everyone had their food in peak condition. Clean and well equipped Ideal for the theatre with ample parking and great views see above - breakfast was our only meal Immaculate

Enjoyed two days here and found a comfortable room, good food and helpful staff. My downs would be rather solid pillows and heavy duvet; and instant coffee at breakfast, small beer in the grand scheme of things.

Stayed overnight for a work conference. As usual, all was good at The Abbey. Friendly staff, rooms well maintained, food was varied and tasty.

Good sized car park at rear of hotel. Online check-in speeds up the reception where staff are able to answer questions and hand over room key. Room are well spaced and contain well maintained furniture, including two chairs to sit on. Beds are soft and comfortable. Rooms lack guest safe. The lobby and lounge areas of the main part of the hotel are comfortable, neat and tidy. The bar is able to supply a wide range of drinks, from coffee beers wine and spirits. The restaurant is located downstairs stairs, a lift is available if needed, but provides good views from back of hotel. Breakfast is good with selected items including some gluten free products. Simply ask staff if you want something in particular like poached eggs etc. Plenty of good coffee and tea available. All staff work hard to meet guests needs. Very good location and ideal for walking into Great Malvern, a few minutes away. For once a strong and reliable signal in most parts of the hotel! All staff work hard to answer and provide for guests needs and should be complemented on service standards. Double bed rather than two singles preferred but accepted as beds were comfortable. Room was warm, clean and tidy. Ideal location for touring the area both on foot and by car. Great Malvern is small but provides a wide selection of local shops rather than corporate bland shops so you will be welcomed in each shop. Both the bar snack menu and breakfast menu were good, food well cooked fresh and hot. Good to find a hotel that was clean, tidy and well maintained. Welcoming bar staff, good varied selection of drinks.

We found all the staff very helpful. We only had one evening meal that we found a little disappointing. Our breakfasts however were good. The room was clean and comfortable. Good connectivity Very helpful staff We were disturbed by banging doors a couple of evenings around 10pm ish

Very good room, nice and clean. Staff were attentive, helpful and could not ask for better. Excellent breakfast. Not a complaint, but a suggestion….. to have an overhead shower only is not always welcome if trying to wash legs, feet etc and keep my hair from getting wet. Breakfast excellent, evening meal main meal good, desert over priced.

Had a wonderful one night stay with you, from checking in to checking out . Staff helpful and friendly and we had lunch in the bar….the fish and chips were delicious with good service, thank you Nice clean big room and with a fan thank you Delicious Clean , spacious

Come to the Abbey regularly and go to the theatre. Always perfect. The food is always love and staff very welcoming. One of my favourite hotels. Excellent nothing to disappoint.
