Summer Events in Malvern

It’s not long now until Summer is finally here, so you can swap your jumpers for some sunnies and enjoy the numerous activities Malvern has in store this Summer. There are so many upcoming events which will sure make your Summer a memorable one. We’ve picked out some top activates to do with your kids this Summer in and around the beautiful town of Malvern.

  1. Countrytastic at Three Counties Showground.

Three Countries Showground host a large range of events every Summer to celebrate the countryside and rural life. Get the family together and plan a day at the Royal Three Counties Show. There are lots of activities that will keep you busy throughout the day so there is never a dull moment. Explore lots of different activities including, the Fur, Feather & Farm, Wellington Boot Theatre, and spectacular arena entertainment. The first event starts with Cheesefest UK on the 13th April, and ends with Spring Quilts UK on the 17th May. Tickets start at £18 and under 16s gain free entry.

  1. RHS Malvern Spring Festival

If you are a fan of gardening, whether you’re an expert or novice the RHS Malvern Spring Festival aims to inspire and share knowledge to all interested in plants and gardening. The event features celebrity talks, expert demonstrations and the RHS Advisory Service. If you are in need of some new potted plants, there is a wide range to choose from at the shopping arcades. The four day event begins on 9th May – 12th May with tickets starting from £21. We recommend purchasing your tickets here in advance as prices increase at the gate.

  1. Malvern Theatres

Located on the foot of the Malvern Hills, Malvern Theatres is a popular destination to both locals and tourists to the area. The famous theatre boasts 800 seats and shows a programme of top touring drama and musicals. If you’re planning a visit to Malvern this Summer, or are lucky enough to live in the area, then be sure to take some time to head to the theatre. This Summer the theatre will be showing scenes of Motionhouse Charge, To Kill A Mockingbird, The Greatest Hits of Motown and Octopus Soup.
