It’s nearly the weekend we’ve all been waiting for, August Bank Holiday weekend! With summer in full swing and the kids are off from school, this bank holiday is the perfect opportunity to spend a day with family and enjoying lots of activities Worcestershire has to offer. There are loads of fun family activities and exciting places to visit across the county and we’ve come up with some of our favourite ways to spend a sunny bank holiday in Worcestershire:

Worcester City Art Gallery & Museum

The Museum Worcestershire comprises of three fantastic venues – The County Museum at Hartlebury Castle, Worcester City Art Gallery & Museum and the Commandery. This summer the museum holds many collections and exhibitions that everyone will enjoy. A must see exhibition, full of vintage Star Wars toys and original cinema posters. The exhibition is free and is perfect to get your kids and yourself involved in the history of Star Wars!

With 8 shows over the bank holiday weekend, Happy’s Circus will be fun for all the family.
